BACOLOD CITY – Classes remain suspended today, 3 December 2019, in 22 areas across Negros Occidental as storm signals remain hoisted over most of the 19 towns and 13 cities in the province.

These are the class levels suspended and the areas based on declarations of local government units and schools:
