BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines – Police in Bago City nabbed a senior, 66, for an illicit sexual affair or keeping a paramour in his home while two others were arrested in neighboring Valladolid town for alleged illegal gambling, all yesterday, 11 July 2022.
Judge Aireen Bonghanoy ordered the arrest of the 66-year-old man (whose identity is being withheld by DNX) who allegedly violated Article 334 of the Revised Penal Code that makes keeping a concubine a crime.
Meanwhile, in nearby Valladolid town, Judge Herminigildo Octaviano, meanwhile, ordered the arrest of Elvis Pabalinas, 61, and Rolando Estrabon, 58 for alleged illegal gambling.
Both were arrested around 9am yesterday in Pacol village where they live.
Both were ordered to pay P5,000 each for their provisional liberty.
The man arrested in Bago, meanwhile, had his bail set at P10,000.
