BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines – Anti-drug operatives nabbed a father and son namesake in the sub-village of Sigay just this afternoon, 9 August 2020 for allegedly peddling suspected meth.
Local police spokesman Col Ariel Pico said elements of the City Drug Enforcement Unit nabbed Jose Borrero Bonza Sr., 66, and his namesake son, Jose Jr., 38, for selling suspected shabu in Village 2.
Police seized 21 sachets of suspected shabu, and a P500 bill used as marked money.

The suspected illicit drugs had a value of P204,000 based on Dangerous Drugs Board estimates.
