BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines – A young woman, 19, who admitted to selling nude photos and videos of herself to a man she first thought was a foreigner has sought the help of police after the “AFAM” failed to pay up the promised P10,000 for the nudes.
Major Jory Puerto told DNX Anna (not her real name) will not face charges after she admitted taking pictures and videos of herself in various poses of undress.
Anna is a resident of Tangub village covered by Station 8 that Puerto heads.
Puerto, quoting the testimony of Anna, said she was blackmailed by the man, later identified as Dennis Traza, 24, a tech support agent of a call center firm here.
Traza was nabbed in an entrapment operation of the police after Anna agreed to meet him.
Traza allegedly blackmailed the victim and threatened to relesse the videos and photos to the public but offered to delete all her nudes in exchange for having sex with him.
Puerto said the suspect will be charged for grave threats, acts of lasciviousness, and cybersex law violations.
