BACOLOD CITY – Around 3000 members of the faithful join the Bacolod for Jesus 2019 and congregated in the New Government Center today, with a program that started at 6 p.m.
The crowd, led by Pastors Vincent Vicencio, Hiram Pangilinan, and Michael Vinci gathered to celebrate Christ in Bacolod City during Masskara season as well as “to lead people to the Lord”.
The annual tradition, which started in 2013, gathers members from 25 churches in Negros, although most other member-churches are based in Bacolod.
The program included a praise and worship, followed by an altar call.
The movement also offered baptism rites for those who wanted to.
According to member Gaby Lacson, the Bacolod for Jesus 2019 is a three-day event that started yesterday, October 23, with its last day on October 25.
