Public, private cemeteries closed from 29 October to 4 November

BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines – All public and private cemeteries will be closed to visitors starting 29 October until 4 November 2020.

An advisory from Bacolod City Hall advised those who wish to remember their dead to do so before or after these dates.

The advisory was based from Resolution No. 72 from the National InterAgency Task Force, along with Executive Order 61.

All visits shall also comply with the 30 percent venue capacity rule of the National IATF and all health protocols (proper wearing of face masks, face shields, social distancing).

Visiting hours, as scheduled by cemetery management, before 29 October or after 4 November must comply with current curfew hours.

No overnight stay shall be allowed in cemeteries.
