BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines – The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) will conduct a preventive maintenance schedule of their Calumangan-San Enrique 69kV transmission line on September 26, Saturday, affecting Central Negros Electric Cooperative Hilangban Substation, an advisory from Ceneco said.
Power outage will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Areas are HF1 including a portion of Lag-asan, Balingasag, Bago City College, the sub-village of Kapahuan 1 & 2, Bago City Hospital, the sub-village of Santan, San Esteban Phase 2, Sta. Catalina Subdivision, Sampinit, CF1, CF2, San Gabriel Subd., Villa Cristita, Carmella Homes, Prk. Camingawan, the sub-village San Francisco, Calumanggan, sub-village of Flower, and Paraiso, Taloc, the sub-village of Newton, Cawayanan;
The whole area of Bago City including San Esteban Phase 1, Poblacion, Pta. Playa, the sub-village of Batad, the sub-village of Malipayon, Baywalk;
HF3 including Crossing Ubay, Bago Eco-Center, Humberto’s Resort, Hda. Pili, villages of Pacol, Bagroy, Sagasa, Caridad, Allanza Don Jorge Araneta (Central Ma-ao)
HF4 including Lag-asan relocation site, the villages of Napoles, Malingin, Crossing Mining, Ma-ao, Villa Cresteta, Bacong, Binobuhan, Mailum, Ilijan, Viva Mineral Water, Buenos Aires Resort, the village of Manghumay, and PNOC-EDC.
NGCP will conduct preventive maintenance schedule of Calumangan-San Enrique 69kV transmission line.
Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned off for safety reasons, and to give a 10 to 15 minute allowance before turning on power.
