The latest to shut down today was the provincial field office of the labor department after it was confirmed that one of their interns was a relative of a City Hall employee who got infected, local field officer Agnes Capigon told DNX.

Near the DOLE, the Land Transportation provincial field office was also shut down after 46 employees, two private guards and two police officers were ordered by the LTO regional head to go on home quarantine after it was found out that they could have been exposed to a COVID positive patient who went to the facility mid this month.

Previous to the two field offices, the New Government Center and the Old City Hall here were also locked down and disinfected after one of its General Services Office employees doing liaison work was found positive.

Previous to the closure of these offices, the district office of the Bureau of Internal Revenue was also put on lockdown July 16 after a Capitol employee, who was found positive, processed documents there
