BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines – City Hall reported a drop in new COVID cases to a new two-week low of only 14 yesterday, 9 November, days after the regional health office downgraded the city to Alert Level 2 from the previous Level 4.
The Bacolod City Information Office said in a post today on its social media page that the Tuesday data came from the Department of Health that also showed an additional 33 recoveries on that day.
The post also quoted Emergency Operations Center chief Em Ang as having said that 42 out of 100 Bacolodnons have been fully vaccinated or have received their full doses while 45 percent have received one dose each.
The PIO also posted a table breaking down the doses by brand given to residents for both first and second doses.
Sinovac had the highest dosing at 170,701 followed by AstraZeneca at 114,778, Pfizer at 29,979, and Moderna at 24,162.
