BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines – The Bacolod City Water District had temporarily closed its Main Office at Corner Galo-San Juan Streets until further notice after two of its employees tested positive for CoViD-19.
Baciwa, in its advisory released yesterday, said it is currently conducting contact tracing of those who had direct/indirect contact with the employees.
Those considered under first degree of transmission have already been swabbed and , under strict observation and self-quarantine.
“Rest assured that those affected are receiving full medical support, guidance and other needs while on quarantine,” the advisory said.
The water district also assures despite the latest development, “water supply and maintenance operations will continue”.
Consumers may their bills through Alvio outlets, GCash, Pay Maya and any collection centers listed at the back of the bill.
