“Undergo home quarantine”, passengers from Manila and other affected areas urged

BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines – Negros Occidental Gov. Eugenio Lacson has advised all individuals coming home to the province from Manila and other areas that have confirmed cases of COVID-19 to observe a 14-day home quarantine.

The governor, in an advisory dated 15 March, 2020 also directed all who have experienced flu like symptoms — fever, cough, colds, diarrhea, muscle and joint pains — to immediately contact the Provincial Health Office.
