BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines – Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers connected to Alijis Feeder 6 that maintenance activities will be conducted on 30 October, Friday.
Areas affected tomorrow from 9 am to 3 pm. Uranos Street, Puentebella Subd., Taculing.
Reasons are the replacement of 1-35ft. rotten pole into 1-35ft. concrete pole with one 37kVA together with its accessories; replacement of one 30-foot rotten wood pole into one 30-foot concrete pole, extension of one span one phase primary pole; and, replacement of two 30-foot rotten secondary wood poles by two 30-foot concrete poles.
This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions.
Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned off for safety reasons.
When electricity supply resumes, they are to provide allowance of about 10 to 15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
