BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines – The issue on the lack of water is caused by a lot of factors, one of which is the regular power interruptions which disrupt operations of their water wells.

This was explained by Bacolod City Water District acting general manager Michael Soliva, as he said the services of the water utilities firm only shut down because during maintenance, when there are repairs, and in cases of power failures.
