BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines – CoviD-19 recoveries in the Philippines reached a record high, with 58 new recoveries reported today (Wednesday) bringing the total number of recoveries in the country to 353.
Meanwhile, the Department of Health reported 14 new deaths bringing the total of 349.
As of Tuesday, data from DOH shows that the country’s testing centers have so far conducted 38,103 tests with 85.2 percent of which came out negative and 14.7 percent turned out positive.
DOH also announced as of 4 pm today (Wednesday) that 230 new COVID-19 cases were confirmed bringing the total number of cases to 5453.
