BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines – The new OIC City Director of Bacolod, Police Colonel Noel Aliño has conducted a physical inspection on Bacolod City Police Stations to ensure the readiness and preparedness of the city cops in the anti-criminality drive of the local government.
Aliño, during the previous interviews, has stressed that he will start from the bottom and determine the root cause on why crimes happen as he believed that police visibility plays a big role in preventing these.
He also pointed out that the police should be ready and on alert in implementing security measures within their jurisdiction.
Patrol cars should also be utilized, and police officers must be on the field, including the station commanders.
Aliño has took over the position of Col. Thomas Joseph Martir as the City Director for more than a week now.
