Gonzalez told DNX Robert Po, president of Key Premier Communities Development Corporation, allegedly transferred property titles worth at least P19 million owned by the real estate development firm Home Invest Realty that Gonzalez owns.

He added he also charged the the wife of Po who is the Key Premiere Corporate Secretary with perjury in Iloilo.

Gonzalez and Po had earlier entered into a joint venture agreement that involved, among others, the devekopment of the Hi Residences condominium here and the Country Homes Subdivision in Iloilo City that had already been sold out.

The resolution, approved by City Prosecutor Ma. Theresa B Ditching based on the findings of Investigating Prosecutor Romel S Gabuya, found probable cause to charge Po for the complaint that led to the issuance of an arrest warrant by Judge Michael Hanz Diaz Villaster of Branch 3 of the Regional Trial Court.

The Pavia Municipal Police had earlier confirmed Po surrendered to them last 22 November 2023 but was released shortly after posting bail.

DNX sought Po for comment but the businessman did not return calls or texts before this story went to print.
