BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines – Lightning struck four people in Silay, a neighboring city north of here as monsoon rains pounded the province Saturday morning, 14 August 2021.

Capitol disaster czar Zaephard Caelian told DNX the Silay disaster unit said the victims were hit in the sub-village of Roma in Balaring, a coastal residential area famous for its eateries by the sea.
