Kitchie Benedicto, TV and movie producer, dies

TV and movie producer Kitchie Benedicto-Paulino has died, her son-in-law Negros Occidental Vice Gov. Jeffrey Ferrer told DNX.

Kitchie was the daughter of former Ambassador Roberto S. Benedicto, media tycoon who owned considerable shares in IBC 13 and RPN 9.

Kitchie was chairperson/Chief Executive Officer of the New Riviera Hotel Development Corp. and 27th Philippine Movie Press Club Ading Fernando Lifetime Achievement Awardee for Broadcasting.
