On 1 February 2021, Goldstar Bus Transit, Inc. (“GBTI”) and Ceres Transport Inc. (“CTI”) held its annual stockholders meeting.
During the meeting of GBTI, Leo Rey V. Yanson, Ginnette Y. Dumancas, Atty. Collin Derk Y. Isidto, Hernan B. Omecillo, and Danny O. Lorenton were re-elected as members of GBTI’s Board of Directors.
On the other hand, during the meeting of CTI, Ginnette Y. Dumancas, Leo Rey V. Yanson, Olivia V. Yanson, Charles M. Dumancas, Rey C. Ardo, Daniel Nicolas P. Golez, Arvin V. Villaruel, Anita G. Chua, Joseph Ellery L. Villanueva, Hernan B. Omecillo, and Alfredo O. Ligo, were re-elected as members of CTI’s Board of Directors.
The newly elected directors of both corporations likewise held an organizational meeting wherein Leo Rey V. Yanson was re-appointed as Chairman of the Board and President, while Olivia V. Yanson was re-appointed as Corporate Secretary and Treasurer.
Despite due notice, stockholders Roy V. Yanson (“Roy”) and Ricardo V. Yanson, Jr. (“Ricky) were absent.
Roy and Ricky are believed to be unable to attend the meeting because they are currently hiding abroad as fugitives from justice together with their sisters Emily V. Yanson (“Emily”) and Ma. Lourdes Celina Yanson-Lopez (“Celina”). As of this writing, there are several outstanding warrants of arrest against the four siblings, Roy, Celina, Ricky and Emily (the “Y4”). There were indicted in court for Carnapping and grave coercion, among others. Warrants of arrest have also been issued against Emily for the crimes of Perjury and Falsification of another corporation’s General Information Sheets (GIS). It is those same falsified GISes that are being used by Y4 to claim their majority ownership.
