BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines — Bacolod Mayor Evelio Leonardia has lifted the restrictions in Executive Order 55, or the executive order outlining the provisions for a four-day no movement in Bacolod.
Leonardia in his new E.O., said the target numbers have been reached for the mass testing, so that the previous E.O. is no longer practicable.
The mayor lifted the no-movement E.O. at 6 p.m. today 29 August 2020.
The Sunday closure of the three public markets — Burgos North Public Market, the Central Market, and the Libertad South Market — will remain closed until midnight of 30 August 2020.
Leonardia, in a message, thanked the public for their cooperation in the two days that they participated in the mass testing organized by the province.
