BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines – The family of a Golden Retriever puppy here is seeking the help of the public, offering a P20 000 reward for information after the dog named ‘Peng-Peng’ was taken by two men early in the morning, Friday last week, 20 September 2024.

Steffany Tan, a friend of the owner, told DNX the dog was taken from its cage inside the house of Royden Ledesma, the owner, at a private subdivision in Mansilingan, one of the larger villages in the southern part here.

Tan said the dog, four months old, was seen being taken from the cage around 3am based on closed-circuit (CCTV) television footage.
