BACOLOD CITY – Police probers are looking into why businessman Robert “Kaishek” L. Tan was killed almost exactly a year after his younger brother, former councilor Ricardo “Cano” Tan, survived a slay try in a mountain village here 14 December 2018.

“There seemed to be a message about it,” local police chief Henry Biñas told DNX.

Probers are looking into that angle already as the killers or whoever wanted Kaishek killed had a message for Cano, Binas added.
