BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines – City Hall here has launched the Bacolod Comprehensive Health Program or BacCHP today 19 July 2022 at the New Government Center lobby.
Along with the BacCHP registration is a medical mission that is expected to last until Saturday 24 July 2022.
Mayor Albee Benitez thanked the Jaime V. Ongpin Foundation a non-profit for its support to his flagship program.
Benitez has also asked the Sangguniang Panlungsod council to pass a city ordinance to give the program appropriate funding.
Benitez has promised residents here during the campaign that they will have their own health card to be used for hospitalization.
City Hall said 700 Bacoleños a day will be accommodated at the BCGC to process their BacCHP.
The program is a whole-day activity that will last for five days.
