The City Government’s vaccination drive has inoculated 409 of the more than 1,000 target employees of Teleperformance during a vaccination drive at Ayala Malls Capitol Central last 14 August.

Also on 4 August, Teleperformance Bacolod was given a certificate of Safety Seal by the City Government.

The Safety Seal Certification Program is a certification scheme affirming that an establishment or public transportation unit has been inspected by the government and was found compliant with Minimum Public Health Standards (MPHS), is using or its contact tracing is integrated with StaySafe.ph, and the establishment or public transportation unit possesses the requisite business permits or franchise.

“The unwavering support extended to Teleperformance only reaffirms the commitment of the city government to uphold the health and safety of all Bacolodnons,” said Cacabelos.

Uy also recognized Leonardia’s “extraordinary effort” in trying to make Bacolod City free from COVID-19.

“Our goal is to make the vaccination program more accessible to everyone so we can achieve herd immunity and eradicate Covid-19 as fast as possible,” the mayor had stressed.

The City’s vaccine rollout is being supervised by City Administrator Em Ang, executive director of the Emergency Operations Center and coordinator of the Covid-19 Vaccination Council, OIC-City Health Officer Dr. Edwin Miraflor Jr., and EOC deputies medical Dr. Chris Sorongon and Dr. Anna Maria Laarni Pornan, with the assistance of barangay officials and vaccination doctors.*/CITY PIO
