The Bacolod City Police Office has reported that three persons were nabbed in three separate operations in Bacolod with drugs seized in their possession amounting to a total amount of P97,280 or equivalent to 14.1 grams in all.
Another was the arrest of a street level individual or SLI.
These operations conducted by the BCPO was accomplished yesterday 19 April 2021.
Police nabbed Arturo Bautista, 38,was after P14,280 worth of shabu was recovered in his possession in Banago village.
This was followed by the buy bust operation conducted by the Police Station 5 in Villamonte village, leading to the arrest of Gaudencio Sabio, 23, with P63,000 worth of drugs confiscated.
Late yesterday evening, Joseph Montepio, 29 , Pta. Taytay was nabbed after P20,000 worth of drugs was seized in his control.
Earlier that day, John Michael Samo of Village 14 whose name was listed in the PNP street level individual was also arrested.
BCPO Director Police Col. Thomas Joseph Martir lauded the operating units and personnel for their efforts as he added that the city police vows to continue to heighten its drive to ensure a peaceful community as it braces for the coming May 9 elections.
