BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines - Typhoon Rolly continues to maintain its strength as it moves west southwestward at 25 kilometer per hour with maximum sustained winds of 215 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 265 km/hour, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
