Suspected drug HVT falls in police buy-bust

BACOLOD CITY – Police arrested here a suspected high-value target and two other men in Village 16 during a buy-bust operation evening of yesterday, November 6.

Police Lt. Col Ariel Pico said the suspected HVT, John Javier Villanueva, 30, and two others – Marjun Bardon Odsigue, 26, and Ely Joe Ausan Gallego, 28 – were nabbed by Station 1 operatives around 11:30 last night in the sub-village of Kingfisher-A after they sold suspected shabu to an operative posing as a buyer.

Gallego is not a resident of the village but lives in Bago City.

Operatives also seized 11 sachets containing around 11 grams of suspected shabu worth around PhP18,000 based on Dangerous Drugs Board estimate.
