Armed robbers loot P20K from debt collector in Isabela town

BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines – Police reported two armed robbers waylaida debt collector and took his collection estimated at P20,000 by around 1:30 pm yesterday in Camang-camang village, Isabela town.

Police said the victim, Marvin Gelasing, 25, was a debt collector of Reynaldo Lending Finance Corporation.

Gelasing reported the incident himself at the police station and said while he was collecting a client’s debt, he was held at gunpoint by the two robbers who rode on a red Kawasaki Bajaj.
