A township will rise in Bacolod City.
And it will happen sooner rather than later.
Cebu Landmasters, Inc. Chief Executive Officer Jose Soberano III said that future projects in Bacolod would include among others a township that would help propel development in areas that need it.
Soberano, head of one of the most successful real estate development companies in the country, said the township project has already been done in Davao, which became one of the most successful not just in the Philippines but in Asia.
Bacolod Mayor Evelio Leonardia meanwhile said that the P8 billion project could really help the economy in terms of generating jobs to the people.
This could also be an integral part of the recovery program in the city.
