The District Governor was joined by District Secretary Joaqui Bucoy, DPC Jun Kwan and Assistant Governor Sharon Parrocho held via zoom yesterday 11 November.

During the Governor’s speech, To shared some highlights about the Club at a glance, the Life Changing goals for the District 3850, the Rotary Citation and Club goals, experiences in serving as a Past President and a Rotarian as well challenges faced amid the pandemic.
The Rotary Club of Bacolod’s “Tubig Para Sa Barangay” upbeat Hiligaynon jingle was also played. The song was composed by Past President Jose Glenn de Guzman and is being played simultaneously during the weekly water distribution.
The “Tubig Para Sa Barangay”, is a flagship project that is in partnership with the Sy Boon Pit Foundation and the Liga ng Mga Barangay, now on its 3rd year, the project aims to provide safe drinking water to poor communities in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental and disaster relief operations.
