DNX checked Silay and Talisay cities this noontime and found clear, sunny skies there.
“Nothing significant happened since last night except for moderate rains that lasted for about half an hour this morning,” John Paul Gallego, operations head of the Talisay disaster office told DNX.
In Bacolod City, executive assistant Joemarie Vargas, reported no storm-related incidents while in Himamaylan City in the south, executive assistant to the mayor Carlos Benares Jr. said he was “quite happy that nothing happened.”
