Victorias City Government launched ‘The Victorias Hotel’ on Sunday, March 12, ahead of the 25th Kadalag-an Festival celebration.
A short ribbon-cutting ceremony and hotel tour was conducted during the launching.
The construction of the City Hotel started in 2022 with the aim to augment the lack of accommodation facilities in Victorias City and to amplify tourism attraction.
According to the City Tourism Development and Promotion Office, The Victorias Hotel will be an avenue to cater to local and foreign visitors and guests which will boost and increase the tourist arrivals in Victorias City, while promoting and offering local destinations which will gradually help increase the city’s revenue.
The launching was graced by Victorias City Mayor Javier Miguel Benitez, Vice Mayor Abelardo Bantug III, Board Member Juvy Pepello, City Councilors, barangay captains, PNP Chief Lt. Col. Roy Gutierrez, and city department heads.
Hotel operations started last week after its soft launch before the grand opening last Sunday. *
