BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines – Station 2 Commander, Police Captain Jonito Pastrana said most of the 22 drug personalities included in the list found with a pair of severed hands floating in meat broth have gone “back to business” selling drugs as he added they have yet to identify the owner of the hands. Pastrana had earlier confirmed to DNX that the names of two City Hall job order employees were among those listed as “pushers”.
Another one however was recently nabbed in Silay City with her live-in partner with more than P350,000 worth of suspected meth or shabu found in their possession
The subject in the operation was Chin-Chin Grace Cuadra and her partner, Jeffrey Fuentes.
Pastrana also said that Cuadra was the former live in partner of one of the Rafols brothers who was a member of the Aki Cuadra Robbery group.
Rafols along with the three other men were found dead January last year and were dumped in three separate areas.
