CoViD-19 Update: 19 recoveries, 9 active cases, 3 deaths

BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines – Nineteen of the confirmed cases have recovered so far, while nine are still active, with three deaths.

This is the current tally according to the figures from the Bacolod City Health Office, with the latest – Patient 31 – just confirmed today.

Of the active cases, five are OFW are OFW repatriates, while four are Locally Stranded Individuals. All are currently under facility quarantine.

Meanwhile, the City Health Office confirmed that Bacolod has Patient 31 today. She is a 21-year-old LSI from Manila, and still in facility quarantine since her arrival last 17 June, 2020.

Records show that the patient’s RT-PCR test came out 25 June.

She manifested no signs and symptoms (asymptomatic).

Two days ago, Patient 30’s results came, also an LSI from Cebu.

Patient 30 is an 18-year-old male, resident of barangay Handumanan. No tests were done in Cebu.

He arrived in Bacolod 12 June via Tabuelan in Cebu province, and gas his swab test done last 15 June.

Like Patient 31, he was also asymptomatic. He will undergo a repeat RT-PCR test.
