The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) will conduct preventive maintenance of 100MVA transformer#1 and its associated high voltage equipment including protection and secondary devices at Bacolod.

Affected Areas in Bacolod on Saturday, 7 November 2020, from 6 am to 6 pm are:

CENECO clarified that while owns the distribution lines while NGCP holds the transmission, so any occurrence that may happen in the transmission facilities is beyond CENECO’s control.

Electricity consumers are advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, they are to provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
