Editors Note: More than a year after the public and controversial split between two factions of the Yanson family, the charges against each other continue amid the intra-corporate fight.

This is a news release from the group of clan matriarch Olivia, Leo Rey, and Ginnette, otherwise known as the Y3.

We are printing it in full.

On 4 January 2021, Ceres Liner Travel and Tours, Inc. (“CLTTI”) held its annual stockholders meeting at its principal office in Barangay Mansilingan, Bacolod City.

During the meeting, Olivia V. Yanson, Leo Rey V. Yanson, Ginnette Y. Dumancas, Charles M. Dumancas, Anita G. Chua, Arvin John V. Villaruel and Daniel Nicolas Golez were re-elected as members of CLTTI’s Board of Directors.

The Board thereafter held an organizational meeting and Leo Rey V. Yanson was re-appointed as Chairman of the Board and President of CLTTI, while Olivia V. Yanson was re-appointed as CLTTI’s Corporate Secretary and Treasurer.

Despite due notice, stockholders Roy V. Yanson (“Roy”), Ma. Lourdes Celina Yanson-Lopez (“Celina”), Ricardo V. Yanson, Jr. (“Ricky”) were absent.

Roy, Celina and Ricky are believed to be unable to attend the meeting because they are currently hiding abroad as fugitives from justice together with their sister Emily V. Yanson (“Emily”). As of this writing, there are several outstanding warrants of arrest against the four siblings, Roy, Celina, Ricky and Emily (the “Y4”) for Carnapping and for Qualified Theft issued by the courts of Bacolod City. Warrants of arrest have also been issued against Emily for the crimes of Perjury and Falsification of VTI’s General Information Sheets (GIS). It is those same questionable GISes that are being used by Y4 to claim their majority ownership of VTI.

The Chairman and President, Leo Rey V. Yanson confirms that despite the challenges faced in 2020, the Yanson Group of Bus Companies remain committed to providing the riding public with the most reliable means of public transportation for all.
