Its founders, close to 40 physicians from Manila, Iloilo and Bacolod who are top in their field say it will be different.

It promises to be a “green” one, a multi million peso medical facility that will become part of the changing city skyline now dotted with high-rise buildings, condominiums and residential areas in various stages of construction.

Physician Kaye Parreno-Bautista, one of the 25 co-founder doctors in Bacolod, told DNX the 248-bed, seven storey hospital will be developed on a one hectare property.

Over the weekend, ACE had a virtual awarding and signing of contract to its general contractor, Unitan Corporation that will undertake the construction of the facility that promises to be cutting-edge, state-of-the-art and compliant with international standards “yet offer excellent health care services in an affordable, patient-oriented approach.”

Physician Andrew Mallen called the Saturday event a “milestone” in the process of building a “memorial as a marker of God’s goodness, His faithfulness and steadfast love.”

A life that practices honesty, justice, integrity, gentleness, patience and kindness marks a life that is a living sacrifice, that is holy and acceptable to God, serving as a spiritual act of worship. As we labor to make this hospital, and our lives as markers, let us commit to bring the fruit of the Spirit that God can only produce in our lives, in faith. And this will be supernaturally done by the Holy Spirit Himself in each of us.”
