BACOLOD CITY – Women’s advocate Samira Gutoc expressed “deep shock” upon learning about the death of trader Robert “Kaishek” Tan.

Tan, brother of former Councilor Ricardo Tan, was shot 15 December at Greensville 1, Estefania by motorcycle-riding assailants.

Gutoc, in her Facebook page, said the slain trader had been “like a father, a brother to me”.
