The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency 6 along with the Special Enforcement Team and the Philippine Coast Guard Intelligence group- Western Visayas seized P81,600 worth of shabu in a buybust operation yesterday 30 March 2022 in Village 19, Bacolod City.
Among the five arrested suspects was Romeo Cabarles alias “Tata Longhair” an alleged drug den maintainer from Cadiz City.
With him were Joebert Bacalso, Arjie Cartagena both from village 19; Ronald Colango of Villamonte ; and Jake Dela Torre of Magsungay village all in Bacolod City.
The drug sting resulted in the confiscation of several large packs and small sachets of shabu weighing 12 grams.
The suspects will face charges for violation of sections 5,6,11 and 12 article 2, Republic act 9165 or the comprehensive Dangerous drugs act of 2022.
