Five doctors, nurse receive first dose of CoViD vaccine

BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines – Five medical doctors and one nurse received their first dose of Sinovac vaccine during the Ceremonial Vaccination today 5 March 2021, at the lobby of the Bacolod City Government Center at 10 a.m.

The five doctors are Dr. Miguel Sarabia, ophthalmologist, President of Negros Occidental Medical Society; Dr. Hector Gayares Jr., CEO of Adventist International Healthcare System Philippines, Emergency Operations Center – Deputy Medical (volunteer) and founder One Hospital Command Center (OHCC) under the Emergency Operations Center;

Dr. Dolores Rommela Tiples-Ruiz, Infectious Diseases Specialist (IDS) and President of Philippine Society for Microbiology and Infectious Diseases – Negros Occidental Chapter,

Dr. Radela Yvonne Ramos-Corte, Allergologist (Internal Medicine, Allergy, and Immunology) and Dr. Carlos Javier Primicias Jr., Pediatrician.

The sole nurse was Valerie Villarosa Sarabia.
