The incident of the unidentified

BACOLOD CITY – Only the place, the time are known about this story.

What is known is that a woman died, her body sprawled in the middle of the road, her head bloodied.

The police reported it as another case of “RIR” – reckless imprudence resulting to, this time, homicide.

Three days before Christmas eve, around 4:30am at the Circumferential Road portion cutting through Bata village, a middle-aged looking “female person” was hit by an “unknown vehicle driven by an unidentified person hit/bumped the victim and fled after the incident,” the police blotter reported.

Police are still probing the case.
