BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines – Children four years old and below are exempted from travel requirements especially when they are brought along with a vaccinated parent.
Medical deputy chief for Emergency Operations Center Dr. Chris Sorongon said smaller children below five years old are exempted from travel requirements, which means they are not required to show their negative RT-PCR test result or their rapid antigen test result.
However, Sorongon said children five years and above who are not vaccinated are required to have a rapid antigen test result with 48-hour validity, and a negative RT-PCR test with 72-hour validity.
They also have to submit a BACTRAC ID and submit this to the SPASS.
