CASE Readiness for the Limited Face-to-Face Classes

In response to the approval of CHED for the limited face-to-face classes among higher educational institutions, the school oriented the CASEan employees, students, and parents regarding the health protocols to be followed to ensure the safety of the students and the required documents to be processed in compliance to the CHED-DOH Joint Memorandum Circular No. 2021-004[1].

In addition to the orientation of the school, the Vice-President of Academic Affairs, Safety and Health officer and the CASE department also oriented the employees, teachers, and parents about the safety protocols and requirements. The classes were identified for the limited face-to-face classes.

As stated in the CHED-DOH Joint Memorandum Circular No. 2021-004,  only fully vaccinated students and employees are allowed to join the limited face-to-face classes. The students were required to register with PhilHealth either as a direct or indirect contributor.

Moreover, the classrooms and laboratories have been retrofitted for the health and safety of the teachers and students during the duration of their classes.

Last March 4 the CASE department conducted a simulation of classes among students to see the readiness of the department for the upcoming opening of the limited face-to-face classes. Thus, adding to the department’s effort to ensure the safety of the students while providing quality education during the ongoing pandemic.
